MandM takes the safety of all customers extremely seriously, and has robust processes in place to ensure that products meet required legislative standards. In the rare event that a product is found not to meet these standards, appropriate action will be instigated in a timely manner, in line with Government recommendations. This includes contacting all affected customers to advise them about any product recall.
The list below describes products which have been recalled within the past 12 months. If you have purchased any of these items and not already responded to our safety alert emails, please contact product-recall@mandmdirect.com at your earliest convenience, and arrange for free return and refund.
