We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site or App, please check these terms to ensure you are aware of the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on February 2024.

We regularly update our site and App and change its content to reflect changes to our products, your needs and our business priorities.

Our site and App is made available free of charge.

We do not guarantee that our site or App, or any content on it, will always be available or that you will be able to use it without interruption. Access to our website and App is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may suspend or withdraw all or any part of our website or App without notice for business and operational reasons. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage you suffer if our site or App is unavailable at any time.

This App requires a mobile phone or handheld device with at least iOS 15 or Android 9.

By using our App, you agree that we may send you push notifications on your device from time to time related to our services. These notifications are designed to enhance your experience with our App. You may opt out of these at any time.

Should you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you have the option to opt out. This can be done by adjusting the notification settings on your mobile device. Please note that opting out of push notifications may impact your use of certain features within the app.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and App, and in the images and material published upon it. Those images and materials are protected by international copyright laws. 'Stylepit', 'MandM' and our logos are our trademarks. All rights are reserved. You must not use any images or material from our website or App for any commercial purpose, for example, advertising goods that you have bought from us for resale on other websites.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site and App must always be acknowledged.

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
